If there is one thing above all else that permeated through that Thor: Ragnarok trailer was that this third feature in the Thor solo series has a feel all its own. It’s otherworldly, colorful, humorous at spots and most important a feast for the eyes, ears and the part of the brain that enjoys thrills.
Marvel Studios has unleashed a series of character posters for the November 3 film that of course features Chris Hemsworth’s Thor front and center, but also gives us stylized looks at Loki, Odin, villain Hela (Cate Blanchett), Jeff Goldblum’s Grandmaster and Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie. Lest we forget one of our favorite Thor universe characters, Idris Elba’s Heimdall.
Thor: Ragnarok will be directed by Taika Waititi (Hunt for the Wilderpeople) in a story that is sure to directly link us to the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War. Think we’ll see any Guardians of the Galaxy in this one? Me thinks so, and we already know that Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange plays a role in the flick too.
Is it November yet?
