Easily this season’s most anticipated movie, Star Wars: The Last Jedi has stoked the fires of anticipation with the unveiling of a baker’s dozen of new pics.
We’re still waiting for a new The Last Jedi trailer, but these thrilling and epic stills ought to hold us over until Disney and Lucasfilm choose to let us see some new footage from the film that lands in screens everywhere on December 15.
The new images feature iconic favorites, such as Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher, as well as The Force Awakens veterans like Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac and Adam Driver. They’re all featured in our gallery below, as well as some baddies such as Domhnall Gleeson’s General Hux and Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie).
Rian Johnson (Looper) takes over the helming duties from J.J. Abrams (who will be back to direct Episode IX). Joining the series is a trio of newbies, Benicio Del Toro, Laura Dern and Andy Serkis.
