The Eternals Teaser Trailer: Meet Marvel’s Newest Superheroes

The first Eternals trailer is here! The long-anticipated Marvel Studios film introduces the world to a new set of superheroes and the feeling so far is ready is more than ready for a new supergroup of friends of justice. It features an all-star cast and lands in November when movie theaters should be in full swing and welcoming audiences back in droves. For movies such as Eternals, look for those movie houses to be packed!

This teaser gives us our first true look at the newest (and oldest) Marvel superheroes and better yet, comes from Oscar-winning director Chloé Zhao (Nomadland). Look for a deeply interpersonal story with plenty of action set pieces that will thrill audiences that are hungry for a theatrical experience after over a year of witnessing movies at home.

The incredible cast is led by Gemma Chan, Kumail Nanjiani, Richard Madden, Brian Tyree Henry, Salma Hayek, Lauren Ridloff, Lia McHugh, Don Lee, Barry Keoghan, Angelia Jolie, and Game of Thrones’ Kit Harington.

This is a vast story and if there is a helmer that can handle a vast story and deliver it in the most emotive and suspense ways, it is Zhao. There’s even some of that Marvel classic humor, for example, that scene where McHugh inquires who will lead the Avengers now that Steve Rogers’ Captain America (Chris Evans) and Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.).

Marvel has also released the film’s Official Synopsis:
