Disney and Lucasfilm have unveiled the most fascinating of featurettes for their upcoming stand-alone film, Solo: A Star Wars Story.
The video finds star Donald Glover, who portrays Lando Calrissian, giving us an in-depth tour of his character’s ride of choice, the legendary and iconic Millennium Falcon. As he points out in the video below, the ship has never looked as good as it does in the upcoming Han Solo origins story, simply called Solo.
The best part has to be (and Glover admitted in the vid that it is his favorite part of the ship) the “cape room.” Lando is notorious for wearing capes and as we see in that Solo: A Star Wars Story trailer, he sports a few. Good to see that the Falcon has adequate storage for all those capes that he seems to have one for every occasion.
One of summer’s most anticipated flicks stars Alden Ehrenreich as the character that Harrison Ford made famous, as well as Woody Harrelson, Emilia Clarke, Thandie Newton, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Joonas Suotamo and Paul Bettany.
Solo: A Star Wars Story takes off May 25.
