Morris Chestnut and Regina Hall are John and Laura Taylor. They’ve been trying to have a baby for some time and with no where else to turn, they decide to go the surrogate route. That’s when they bring Anna (Jaz Sinclair, making her arrival announcement to the world) into their lives as she agrees to carry the couple’s baby.
Things begin to unravel when Anna’s guy is charged with domestic abuse and he’s taken away. She has few options for a future, that is until John and Laura take her in.
That’s when things get interesting…
The psychological thriller arrives September 16 and comes from a Jack Olsen screenplay and is directed by Jon Cassar (who helmed some of our favorite episodes of 24).
