Would you believe that the fifth Ice Age movie is already upon us? Where did the time go? The first trailer for Ice Age: Collision Course has landed and it appears to finally focus mainly on our favorite of the four-legged creatures in Blue Sky Studios’ world, Scrat. Well, at least in setting our plot in motion!
Blue Sky’s The Peanuts Movie is still raking in the dough in theaters, as audiences gear up for the Ice Age: Collision Course to land on the silver screen July 22, 2016.
The cast of the earlier films return, including Ray Romano, Denis Leary, Queen Latifah, Keke Palmer and John Leguizamo. Joining the gang will be Josh Peck, Simon Pegg, Wanda Sykes, Jennifer Lopez, Adam DeVine, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Max Greenfield, Jessie J. Nick Offerman, Michael Strahan and Melissa Rauch.

In Collision Course, Scrat’s epic pursuit of the elusive acorn catapults him into the universe where he accidentally sets off a series of cosmic events that transform and threaten the Ice Age World. To save themselves, Sid, Manny, Diego, and the rest of the herd must leave their home and embark on a quest full of comedy and adventure, traveling to exotic new lands and encountering a host of colorful new characters.
