Let Them All Talk Trailer: Meryl Streep and Steven Soderbergh’s HBO Max Movie Has Us Talking!

Steven Soderberg has a new film coming soon and it stars none other than Meryl Streep. HBO Max unveiled the first trailer for their tonally terse film that stars Streep with… none other than Dianne Wiest and Candice Bergen! Oh, and Lucas Hedges and Gemma Chan as well. That’s quite an acting fiercely talented five.

Let Them All Talk is an artistic journey of the most organic of natures—the entire film was improvised. The film was written by Deborah Eisenberg, but casts were so immersed with their characters that the helmer found that when they riffed, it was pure gold.

The film finds Streep portraying a wickedly successful author who has to go on a trip, so she brings two of her BFFs—played by Wiest and Bergan. Also, along for the jaunt is her nephew (Hedges).

There is reportedly a bit of drama that ensues with the old pals and it looks as if there will be piercing tete-a-tetes laced with comedic gems.

How does Chan fit into this fab five? She’s Streep’s literary agent.

This film looks like it is permeating effervescent joy from every pore, and with the pedigree of the ensemble and that storyteller behind the camera, look for Let Them All Talk to be an utter joy. HBO Max will premiere the film on December 10.
