Marvel’s latest (and greatest?) superhero got quite the fresh look during today’s Super Bowl battle between the New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Rams.
In Captain Marvel, Brie Larson stars as Carol Danvers, a military heroine of the highest order who might just be something a little more than what she appears to be.
She is, in fact, one of the universe’s most powerful heroes—something that will come in quite handy when Avengers: Endgame premieres in April as she may be our collective heroes’ last great hope.
The film is set in the 1990s and gives us a look at a young(er) Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson). Carol is key to stopping two warring alien races from using our planet as their battleground to settle an old score.
Captain Marvel also stars Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, Gemma Chan, Rune Temte, Algenis Perez Soto, Mckenna Grace, along with Annette Bening, Jude Law with Marvel veteran, Clark Gregg.
