John Krasinski (The Office) wrote, directs and stars in the pulse-pounder that also features his wife, Emily Blunt.
A Quiet Place follows a family trying to survive after an alien invasion. It seems our occupiers have one fault… if they can’t hear you, they won’t attack you. So, Krasinski, Blunt and their clan live a solitary and silent life. They learn sign language to communicate. They play games on cushioned materials. Everything they do is about survival and keeping silent.
The miracle that is life creation, ironically, could be their downfall. As we see in the below teaser, Blunt’s character becomes pregnant. Couple things… try delivering a baby without making a sound and even worse, try keeping a newborn baby from crying!
Should be a thrill-a-minute movie!
