Fantastic Beasts The Crimes of Grindelwald Trailer: Depp Looks Devilsh!

The first Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald trailer has landed and fans of the Wizarding World should be thrilled. Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) is heading back to Europe from the New York landscape where we met him in the first film, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

Sure, he visits Paris in an effort to track down the evil Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp), who you might remember was captured at the end of the first film. But, Newt also visits a haunt so iconic to Potter fans, simply the sight of it in the trailer below ought to send chills down your spine. That’s right… we’re going back to Hogwarts and we get to meet a young (and dashing) Professor Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law).

For those of you new to this fresh world delivered by J.K. Rowling, it takes place in the 1920s and finds a magizoologist (Scamander) and his friends traversing the world in order to keep the secrets of the wizarding world just that… secret.

The film also brings back Beasts 1 stars Katherine Waterston and Dan Fogler, as well as Alison Sudol, Zoe Kravitz, Ezra Miller, Callum Turner and Claudia Kim.

Look for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald on November 16.
