Walt Disney Animation has unveiled the first teaser poster for its upcoming sequel to a beloved animated hit. Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 lands in theaters November 21 and brings back John C. Reilly in the title role and of course, Sarah Silverman as his loveable sidekick Vanellope von Schweetz.
Taking the Ralph world out of the video game arcade and into the internet is a stroke of genius. See, Ralph and his little friend head into the world wide web searching for a replacement part that is needed to fix Vanellope’s video game, Sugar Rush. There, they get much more than they could ever have expected. I mean, seriously, have you been on the internet? Told ya, stroke of genius.
Taraji P. Henson joins the cast and in another stroke of brilliance, all of the Disney Princesses will play a part, meaning we can look forward to Auli‘i Cravalho’s Moana, Mandy Moore’s Rapunzel, Linda Larkin’s Jasmine, Paige O’Hara’s Belle, Kristen Bell’s Anna, Kelly Macdonald’s Merida, Anika Noni Rose’s Tiana, Irene Bedard’s Pocahontas and Jodi Benson’s Ariel.
