Star Wars Celebration is going on all weekend in Orlando, Florida and as it kicked off today, the fest wasted no time in saluting the ultimate rebel who we lost too soon. The Carrie Fisher tribute for this 40 years of Star Wars panel allowed fans not only in Orlando, but internationally to feel a part of the tribute as the video was made live for all to enjoy, cherish and most of all… miss the actress who will forever be known to us as Princess Leia.
The panel was hosted by Warwick Davis (best known for his work in Return of the Jedi, The Phantom Menace, The Force Awakens and of course, Willow), also included George Lucas, Harrison Ford and Mark Hamill.
Fisher passed away at the end of 2016, within days of her mother, Debbie Reynolds. She will appear in the next episode of Star Wars, The Last Jedi.
