We’ve got our first look at third in the Thor film series from Marvel, otherwise known as Thor: Ragnarok.
Chris Hemsworth returns as the alien superhero, who also moonlights as a member of The Avengers, with his fifth turn as the Asgardian.
This time out, Thor finds himself imprisoned on the far end of the galaxy without his hammer, which you see in the teaser trailer above has been destroyed by our villain, the
Cate Blanchett’s Hela. He must do what he can to free himself and return to his homeland to stop her from destroying his beloved planet.
Tom Hiddleston returns as Loki and as you also see in the above teaser, Mark Ruffalo is back as the Hulk… someone who Thor must battle in a gladiator-type fight in order to earn his freedom (while sporting a fancy new haircut!).
Thor: Ragnarok also stars Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson, Idris Elba, Sam Neill and features Taika Waititi in the director’s chair.
