The first Beauty and the Beast trailer has landed and for fans of the Disney classic, they are more than ready to sign up for the latest animated gem to be turned into a live action marvel.
The brilliance here starts with casting, Emma Watson as Belle, Dan Stevens as the Beast, Luke Evans as Gaston, Kevin Kline is Maurice, Josh Gad is Legou, Ewan McGregor stars as Lumiere, Stanley Tucci tackles Maestro Cadenza, Ian McKellen is Cogsworth and Emma Thompson is Mrs. Potts.
For those who are worried that some of their favorite classic songs will be missed from the update, don’t fret. Many of the classic tracks will appear in the new version, with additional songs added as well.
Beauty and the Beast is directed by Oscar winner Bill Condon and hits theaters March 17, 2017.
