The first trailer for the heartwarming romance Me Before You has landed from Warner Bros. Pictures. It stars Emilia Clarke (Terminator: Genisys) and Sam Claflin (Mockingjay Part 2) as the most unlikely of people who find love, despite all the challenges that lay in front of them.
Me Before You is based on the beloved bestseller by Jojo Moyes about a paralyzed man (Claflin) who employs a helper (Clarke) who winds up giving him much more than aide. He finds a new spark to the entity of life itself as the two slowly, but surely, fall in love.
The film looks to be a fantastic addition to the summertime movie landscape, with all its superhero and blockbuster fare. We suspect that the box office will be quite kind to Me Before You, not only because of its passionate following from Moyes’ book, but because now and again adult movie goers remind us that they’ll show up in droves for a quality film that speaks to their heart during the warmer months when there is little out there that does that at all.
