We’re still awaiting that first trailer for the Paul Feig directed, all-female, reboot of Ghostbusters. If we were to bet, we’d wager it’ll premiere during this Sunday’s Super Bowl between the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers.
If that’s the case, then the release today by Sony of five new pics from the highly anticipated sci-fi comedy should whet the appetite for all things Ghostbusters.
Ghostbusters 2016 features Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon in the four roles made famous by Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson and Harold Ramis.
The July 15 release also features Andy Garcia as the Mayor of New York, Matt Walsh, Neil Casey and Michael K. Williams.
Feig not only directed Ghostbusters, he co-wrote it with Katie Dippold. Think it made our 19 most anticipated movies of 2016 list? You think?!
