Fans of Finding Nemo could not have been more excited when Pixar and Disney announced that a sequel would be coming their way in 2016. Then, when they heard that the focus of the film would be on Ellen DeGeneres’ Dory, well… all the better.
Finding Dory has released its first teaser trailer today and although it doesn’t share much, thank goodness, it does give us a taste of what to expect from the June 17, 2016 release. Dory is off on a mission. After joining Nemo on a field trip with his class to see manta rays in their yearly migration to their home, she feels a longing for her home and decides to find out where her life began.
In case you’re wondering who would be the perfect mom and dad voice cast to play Dory’s parents… how about Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy? Yeah… nailed it.
