We’ve seen the Mockingjay Part 2 final trailer, and our anticipation for the last chapter in The Hunger Games series could not be higher. Well, that was before Lionsgate released two clips from the film! Each expresses the emotional elements of the film that enhances the action scenes with a power that few films are able to capture.
Audiences feel for these characters and they have since they first ready about Katniss and her band of rebels in Suzanne Collins blockbuster debut novel. See, that is key to any action movie. It must have weight in the emotion department that will suck an audience into the caring of whether these characters live or die, triumph or fail.
Jennifer Lawrence is back as Katniss for one last film, and she is ready to lead an all-out rebel attack on the Capitol with her longtime cohorts Gale (Liam Hemsworth) and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson). Along for the battle is Sam Claflin, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Jeffrey Wright, Willow Shields and Jena Malone. Stanley Tucci and Donald Sutherland also reprise their legendary roles.
