The green band trailer for The Night Before has landed and the bro-centric comedy looks quite promising to tickle our funny bone this holiday season. It arrives from the guys who gave us Neighbors, The Interview and This Is The End and stars Seth Rogen, Joseph Gordon Levitt and Anthony Mackie (Avengers: Age of Ultron) as three best friends who will celebrate one last pre-holiday tradition before each embarks on some life changing paths.
Ethan (Gordon Levitt), Isaac (Rogen) and Chris (Mackie) have been buds since they were kids and since Ethan’s parents passed away over a decade ago on Christmas Eve, the trio have spent the night before Christmas together. Since this is their last night together in this vein, it’s going to be quite special. And judging by the below trailer, quite hilarious.
The Night Before also stars Lizzy Caplan, Jillian Bell, Mindy Kaling and Michael Shannon.
The film is directed by one of our faves, Jonathan Levine (50/50, Warm Bodies) and comes from a screenplay him and Evan Goldberg, Kyle Hunter and Ariel Shaffir.
