Universal has released a new Everest TV spot that reminds us what a fantastic cast has assembled to tell the haunting true story of a climb to the world’s tallest peak that went horribly wrong.
Jake Gyllenhaal, Josh Brolin, Jason Clarke (Terminator: Genisys), John Hawkes, Michael Kelly, Sam Worthington, Keira Knightley and Emily Watson star in a story that really is about, when all is said and done, how Mother Nature is the true one who controls our fate and how it is not the other way around.
Behind the camera is Baltasar Kormakur (Contraband, 2 Guns), who takes audiences inside the people who seek to test their limits on the world’s tallest peak, as well as the methods to the madness of achieving that goal.
Everest will be shown in glorious IMAX 3D when it hits theaters September 25.
