The London-based film shoot takes us back to the world Rowling created and returns us to the wizarding universe that charmed audiences in the Harry Potter books and movies.
David Yates is directing and that too is fantastic news as he is the creative genius responsible for bringing the last four Harry Potter movies to the big screen.
The cast features recent Oscar winner for The Theory of Everything Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander, the leading magizoologist in the wizarding world. Our story finds him stopping in Manhattan to document the magical creatures of the day as adventure unfolds!
The latest cinematic magical world from the mind of Rowling will also star Katherine Waterson, Dan Fogler, Ezra Miller (Trainwreck), Samantha Morton, Jean Murray and Colin Farrell.
Rowling is making her screenwriting debut with Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them as she adapts her own stories for the silver screen.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them lands in theaters in 3D and IMAX on November 18, 2016.
