From SNL to Baby Mama, we cannot get enough of the comedic dream team that is Amy Poehler and Tina Fey. They’re back together in Sisters and the film’s trailer has premiered.
Sisters stars Fey and Poehler (who recently killed it in Inside Out) as the titular siblings, who have to come home when they find out their parents are selling their childhood abode.
They must clean out their rooms and in the process discover a flood of past memories. The pair also decide to throw one last party in their parents’ house in hopes of symbolically putting away their childhood and also simply having one last blast.
The comedy lands December 18 — yup, that’s the same day as Star Wars: The Force Awakens. That’s some brilliant counterprogramming!
Sisters also stars Maya Rudolph, John Leguizamo, Dianne Wiest, James Brolin and John Cena (soon to be seen stealing scenes in Trainwreck).
