The latest superhero from the Marvel canon is about to debut in theaters. In honor of the release date of Ant-Man inching ever closer, Marvel has released a series of character posters, starting of course with the man (ant?) himself — played by Paul Rudd.
We’ve also got looks at Evangeline Lilly, Michael Douglas, Michael Pena, Bobby Cannavale and Corey Stoll.
What gets us so intrigued about Ant-Man is that this is Marvel’s first heist movie. And nothing brings the suspense like a good heist flick! Second, Marvel has got the Midas touch and no one has introduced new characters better than they have in recent memory.
In the comics, Ant-Man was an original founding member of The Avengers, and we hear rumors that we might see an Avenger in Ant-Man when it hits theaters July 17.
Judy Greer (recently seen in Jurassic World), Wood Harris and John Slattery (soon to be seen in Ted 2) also star in the latest from the studio that gave us Iron Man, Captain America and Thor.
