From every teaser we’ve seen so far for Terminator: Genisys, we know that the timeline for the series started by James Cameron with his The Terminator is being drastically altered.
With the release of the latest clip from the July 1 arriving Terminator: Genisys, even an iconic scene from Cameron’s film is getting the redo.
Check out the below clip of Arnold Schwarzenegger, circa early ’80s, first arriving at Griffith Observatory, like he did in the first film — complete with the punks asking him about it being a “nice night for a walk.”
Only in Terminator: Genisys, after young Arnold says to one of the punks, “Give me your clothes,” it has a slightly different conclusion.
Terminator: Genisys also stars Jason Clarke, Emilia Clarke, JK Simmons and Jai Courtney.
