The latest, and longest, trailer for Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation has revealed a piece of huge news: The syndicate is real and they’re more dangerous than previously thought.

Tom Cruise is back as Ethan Hunt and this time out, he’s got Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg and Ving Rhames returning from previous installments of the highly successful franchise.

Joining the series is Alec Baldwin, Simon McBurney and Rebecca Ferguson.

Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol director Brad Bird is gone, and stepping in as writer and director is Christopher McQuarrie (who directed Cruise in Jack Reacher).

In this go-around, Ethan and his team must not only stop, but destroy The Syndicate, before they do the same to IMF.

Look for Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation in theaters July 31.
