The Ice Age movies have been a box office windfall for Blue Sky Studios and Fox. The animated charmers have banked $729.6 million in the U.S. alone and more than $2.8 billion the world over. The gang is back this summer in Ice Age: Collision Course.
Fox has released the animated sequel’s latest trailer and it delves further into the story and clearly explains why the film carries the moniker “Collision Course.” It seems that a series of asteroids are heading towards earth and it will not only cause some serious threats, but create the rise of a new age era.
The gang’s all back, including voice talents Ray Romano, Denis Leary, John Leguizamo, Queen Latifah, Seann William Scott, Josh Peck, Simon Pegg, Keke Palmer, Wanda Sykes and Jennifer Lopez.
First time voice talents joining the franchise include Stephanie Beatriz, Adam DeVine, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Max Greenfield, Jessie J, Nick Offerman, Melissa Rauch, Michael Strahan and noted scientist Neil deGrasse Tyson.
Look for Ice Age: Collision Course in July.
