Captain America Civil War TV Trailer: Divided We Fall!

Moments before the big game between the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers, Marvel Studios and Walt Disney Studios made a big splash and unleashed the first TV spot for Captain America: Civil War.

The spot gives us our first look at the two sides that will split The Avengers. Taking Cap’s side in his battle against Tony Stark and Iron Man (all over how the Bucky situation is handled) is Scarlett Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), Ant-Man (Paul Rudd), the Falcon (Anthony Mackie) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner.)

On the other side of the Avengers coin, it’s War Machine (Don Cheadle), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman) and The Vision (Paul Bettaany).

How Bucky is handled is hardly the only strife separating Cap and Iron Man. In Captain America: Civil War the government wants to get more involved in regulating superheroes. Iron Man is fine with it, and Cap has serious issues with the idea.

It’s a plot point that will charge up everybody’s franchise until all is said and done at the end of Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 and Part 2.

Look for Captain America: Civil War on May 6.
